Ma Hanukah?
‘What is Hanukah?’ our sages wondered (TB Shabbat 21b). Since then many rabbi’s talked about the spiritual meaning of Hanukah.
Sunday december 17 we will celebrate the festival of Hanukah together. We will learn with head and heart what our spiritual masters said about Hanukah, we will sing Hanukah songs, we will light our hanukiot (please bring your hanukia and 7 candles) to celebrate the return of the light. We will eat a Hanukah potluck dinner together (please bring a vegetarian dish). When we have eaten and are satisfied we will conclude with benshen. Hine ma tov, behold, how good and pleasant it is to be together with brothers and sisters.
Starting 4 pm. Middle of the country.
We ask for a contribution in the costs of 10 euro.
